A native of the state of Michigan, Jim and his wife Diane,
moved to the Sacramento area in 1981. Soon after Jim began his career in
the Manufactured Housing Industry with Metro Mobile Homes, listing and selling
in-park resale mobilehomes in the many various mobile home communities throughout
the area. Jim Purchased the business from his brother R.D. Allenbaugh (AL)
in 2003 with the intentions of continuing the policies that has made Metro
Mobile Homes the successful business that it is.
STRONG TRAITS: With 25 years experience in the resale industry, Jim has gained the respect of becoming one of the top listing and sales agents for the company. Wearing two hats , Jim works very diligently assisting all clients, both buyers and sellers, in there needs for financing, appraisals, inspections, insurance and the completion of escrow closings. Jim has gained the reputation of going out of his way to assist everyone he comes into contact with in a very professional manner. A great deal of success of Metro Mobile Homes, now celebrating over 27 Years in the Sacramento Area, is attributed by having honest, professional and hard working associates like Jim.
